I’ve been working with Reshma for a year and if you were to compare me to how I was a year ago, it’s hard to think of myself as the same person given where I am today. In the beginning of our relationship, I had recently moved into a new team and was dealing with imposter syndrome. Since working with Jeanette in her Butterfly Effect program I am so much more courageous about speaking up & out about what I feel truly passionate about. I completed the Butterfly Effect in 12 weeks, I feel like I have transformed my business mindset and life perspective.
